Refund Policy

Woods Kovalova Group Training reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any training event due to unforeseen circumstances, such as insufficient registrations (e.g., if participation is less than five) or events beyond our control. All registered attendees will receive notification of the cancellation 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time.

In the event of cancellation, registered attendees will receive a full refund processed in a single settlement via a banker's check. Please submit your refund request along with your bank details. Alternatively, you can update your details by logging into Woods Kovalova Group Training, and the refund will be processed within three working days.

Attendees also have the following options, although Woods Kovalova Group Training will not be responsible for any penalties or additional expenses incurred due to the cancellation:

  1. Reschedule: The canceled seminar can be rescheduled, and attendees can avail the rescheduled seminar stream. An online redeemable voucher with codes and passwords will be sent, and it should be redeemed within twelve months.

  2. Choose a Different Seminar: Attendees can opt for a different seminar of equal value at a future date and time. An online redeemable voucher with codes and passwords will be provided, and it should be redeemed within twelve months.

Individual attendees have the option to cancel their registration for any specific reason. They must notify Woods Kovalova Group Training of the cancellation at least two working days before the event start date.

If an attendee fails to cancel registration within the stipulated time or does not attend the event, no refund will be issued.

However, if attendees notify Woods Kovalova Group Training about the cancellation at least two days before the event, they will be issued a voucher. An online redeemable voucher with codes and passwords will be mailed, and it should be redeemed within twelve months.
